Delete your Fangfall account

Fangfall by Crintea Ltd

Fangfall only has an account if you turned on Cloud Save (sign-in with Google or Apple). Playing without Cloud Save keeps everything on your phone — uninstalling the Game removes it.

Delete it in the Game (fastest)

Open Fangfall and tap ⚙ Settings.
Tap ☁ Cloud Save.
Tap Delete account, then tap it again to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. To remove only your Fangfall cloud saves and keep the account, tap Delete cloud saves instead.

Or ask us by email

If you no longer have the Game installed, email alecx66@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with (for Apple’s “Hide my email”, the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings) with the subject “Delete my Fangfall account”. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your Crintea games account: email address and account ID.
All your Fangfall cloud saves (every hero).
Your leaderboard name and scores.
Your data in our other games that use the same account (for example PetsDoku).

Nothing is kept. Deleted data leaves our daily server backups within 7 days. Saves stored on your phone are not touched — uninstall the Game to remove them.
