Common questions

Do I need an account? No. Fangfall plays fully offline. Signing in (Settings → Cloud Save, with Apple or Google) only backs up your heroes and lets you join the leaderboards.
New phone or reinstall? Sign in to Cloud Save with the same Apple/Google account and your heroes come back. Without Cloud Save, progress lives only on the old phone.
"Two different saves"? You played the same hero on two phones. Pick the one to keep in the Cloud Save panel.
The game runs hot or drains battery. Turn on Settings → Battery saver (30 fps, fewer effects).
Text too small? Settings → Text size.
Stuck on a story level? Upgrade your spells and armour in the Armory (▲ UPGRADE on the defeat card), or grind Endless for gold and gear. After a defeat the aliens get weaker (the Blood Pact).
